Margaret MacDonald - 66, of Rough Waters Drive, Bathurst, passed away on Sunday, April 12, 2009 at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst. Born in Bathurst she was the daughter of the late Michael and Stella (Couture) Couture. She enjoyed flowers and gardening, playing bingo and spending time with her dog Mikka. She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Robert. 2 daughters: Allison (Yvon Jean) MacDonald of Big River; Patricia MacDonald of Bathurst. 1 grandson, Christopher MacDonald of St. Thomas, ON; 6 sisters: Eunice (Robert) Gallagher of McGreggor, ON; Marjorie (Frederick) Lavigne of Big River; Susan Lavigne of Bathurst; Helen (Albert) Larocque of Big River; Jeanette (Andrew) Vienneau of Bathurst; Anita Thibodeau of Moncton; She was predeceased by a brother Gerald. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at a later date from Saint Anne's Church, in St. Thomas, ON. Donations in memory of Margaret may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
