Bathurst – It is with great sadness that we the family, announce the passing of Benoit Pitre, of Bathurst, which occurred at his home on June 15, 2023, at the age of 34.

Born in Bathurst, he was the son of Carmella Pitre (Real Caissie) and the late Armand Vienneau.

Besides his mother of Salmon Beach, he is survived by a sister, Rachelle, nieces: Cassandra and Angel, all of Bathurst.

Several aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives.

Besides his father, he was pre-deceased by a half brother, Serge Vienneau.

The family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Elhatton’s Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst. Funeral service will be celebrated on Friday June 23, 2023, at 2 p.m. from the Funeral Home Chapel. Donations in memory of Benoit can be made to the Bathurst Volunteer Center or a favorite charity.
