Bathurst - Harold Branch, 53, husband of Debbie (Hachey) Branch passed away suddenly on Sunday (April 23, 2006) surrounded by family and friends at the Moncton Hospital. Born in Bathurst, he was the son of the late Donald and Ruth (Moore) Branch. Harold was employee of Smurfit Stone at the time of his death and had been with the company for the past thirty-two years. He is survived by his wife Debbie Branch and: A daughter: Tammy Branch of Bathurst A son: Craig Branch (Katie Hachey) of Bathurst Four brothers: Gary Branch (Elizabeth) and Glendon Branch (Clothilda) both of Bathurst Norman Branch (Patricia) of Moncton Donald Branch (Ann) of Cornwall, ON Two step-sisters: Betty Garret (Melvin) and Jean Lavigne (Norman) both of Bathurst Three grandchildren; Cody, Tanisha and Connor, several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. He was pre-deceased by his step-mother, Lillian (Scott) and a step-brother Roger Scott (Margie). The body will rest after 7:00 p.m. Tuesday at Elhatton's Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday at 2:00 p.m. (April 27, 2006) from the First United Church, St. Patrick St., Bathurst. Burial will be in the Holy Family Cemetery, St. Peter Ave., Bathurst. Visiting hours are Tuesday from 7 to 9 and Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9.
