Darryl Boucher of Steeves Mountain passed away on Friday, November 22, 2024. Born in Bathurst, NB, he is the son of Bernard and Alice (Luce) Boucher of Bathurst.
Darryl had a heart of gold, loved being outside with nature and meeting new people. Many memories were made camping at the former Matchett’s Campground on the 126. He cherished a good time with family and friends listening to music or playing his guitar. He also enjoyed taking care of his chicken farm, often giving away his eggs that he was so proud of. Later in life looking to improve his health and be more active he joined a Judo club, which he was so thankful for.
Besides his parents he will forever be in the hearts of his wife and queen Marie-Thérèse, sons; Joshua (Timie-Lynn) and Christopher (Val), cherished grand daughters, Laney, Paige, Bella, stepsons, Matthew (Kayla) Dow and Branden Dow, a brother Glenn Boucher (Dianne Frenette), cherished grandson, Bensen, niece Daisy, cherished nephews Dustin and Brady as well as his best four-legged buddies Apple and Céline.
A graveside service will be held 3 pm on Friday, May 23rd, 2025 at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Bathurst. Donations to PAWS or the Food Depot Alimentaire, would be appreciated.
