It is with deep sadness that we, the Jennings family, announce the passing of Kevin Eric Jennings which occurred July 15, 2026 at Victoria General Hospital in Halifax at the age of 68. 

Born in Bathurst, he was the son of the late Harper and Sarah (Dougal) Jennings. 

He is survived by his loving partner, MaryAnn Varner and his daughter, Jessica (Tim) who was his pride and joy along with his two grandchildren Georgia and Piper. Two brothers, Scot (Nancy) and Rod (Theresa). Two sisters, Sheena (Eddie) and Cathy (Frank). 

Kevin graduated from BHS and St. Mary’s University. His work took him to Bridgewater, NS where he retired from Nova Scotia Power. Kevin was at his best with a camera or a fishing road in his hand anywhere from the south shore of Nova Scotia to Cape Breton. He will be sadly missed by anyone who knew him. 

As per his wishes, there will be no viewing or funeral.
