Big River - It is with profound sadness that the family of Unique Fox shares her sudden passing on August 4th, 2026, at the age of 16.

Unique was pre-deceased by her mother Rose Fox in 2013. 

She leaves behind her Earth mommy Jessica Duivenvoorden, Dad Jeremie Arseneau, Father Robert Delve, sister Storm Fox, brother Owen Delve, and sister Akita Duivenvoorden. Unique also has an immense extended family full of aunties and uncles, grandparents and cousins, both biological and chosen, who will dearly miss her. 

Unique was a tiny girl with great big energy that will be desperately missed by all that knew and loved her. Unique was driven and passionate about her education, family, and all of God's critters. While excelling in her education was important to Unique, she found her enjoyment at school in the drama department and with her friends, although you would normally find her with her Mummy even at school. Unique adapted to and then mastered the art of living life as a homesteader becoming known as the bird napper. Her happy place truly was with her family on their own little slice of land creating a world of sustainability together. This loss is immeasurable. 

The family will receive relatives and friends on Tuesday Aug 11th at 11 am to 1 pm. at Elhatton’s Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst.

All visitors are encouraged to wear their pajama bottoms. Unique and her family will be wearing theirs! As she would have wanted. 

The funeral is to be held Wednesday August 12th at 11 am from Elhatton Funeral Home chapel.
