A skilled woodworker, he built many homes and much furniture (furnishing entire university apartments for his daughters) throughout his life. In retirement, he enjoyed volunteering at St. George’s Anglican Church and giving back to that community. Patient and helpful to all, he would sit for hours helping his daughters with their math homework, a subject that came easily to him, and was always there for whatever was needed. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends, and always remembered.
