Dale Clouston, of Salmon Beach, passed away at his residence on Sunday November 2nd, 2025, at the age of 69.

Born in Bathurst, he was the son of Murray Clouston of Bathurst and the late Edna (Jago) Clouston.

Dale is survived by his wife, Isabel (Boyd) and his children; Tanner of Salmon Beach and Jodi (Colin) of Kentville, NS.

A brother, Lester (Peggy) of Salmon Beach. Several nieces and nephews.

Besides his mother, he was predeceased by a brother Elwin and a niece Natasha.

If there was a bike, snowmobile, boat, lawnmower, or anything mechanical to be fixed, he was your man and loved nothing more than helping his friends.

Always a very hardworking man Dale took immense pride in his work and would usually be the first to arrive and the last to leave. He knew most products, parts numbers and whatever else was needed by heart.

Dale retired from the New Bandon Salmon Beach volunteer fire department where he served from 1980 -1995 and was proud to have had the opportunity to help his community and make a positive difference with his friends and neighbors.

He will be sadly missed by his loving family who will always remember his wit and huge heart.

There will be no visitation or funeral service as per his wishes. Anyone wishing to make a donation in his memory is encouraged to support their local SPCA.

Arrangements are in the care of Elhatton Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst.
