Bathurst - It is with great sadness that we the family, announce passing of Kenneth Boyd, of Bathurst, which occurred Wednesday November 5, 2025, at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst, at the age of 89.

Born in Bathurst, he was the son of the late Malcolm and Ethel (King) Boyd.

He worked in the mining industry for most of his life.

Besides his wife, Margaret (Couture) Boyd, he is survived by one daughter, Jessica Boyd of Bathurst.

One brother, Leonard Boyd (Germaine) of Bathurst.

Several half brothers, half sisters, nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was pre-deceased by a brother, Joseph and a sister, Margaret.

There will be no visitations at the Funeral Home or funeral service. Arrangements are in the care of Elhatton’s Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst.
