Ste Anne, Gloucester Co. - Lorraine Pitre, 43, wife of Denis “Danny” Pitre, of Ste Anne's, Glou. Co., passed away on Friday (March 28, 2008) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst. Born in Saint John, she was the daughter of Cletus and Leona (Pitre) Comeau of Beresford. She was employed as a Screening officer at the Bathurst Airport. Besides her husband and parents, she is survived by: Two children: Dylan (13) and Emily (11), both at home Five sisters: Carol Comeau (Paul Roy) of Petit-Rocher Gisèle Smart of North Bay, ON Louise Comeau (Rodney Pitre) of Tremblay Diane Reynolds (Marc Hachey) of Bathurst Cindy Roy (Sylvain) of Beresford Her in-laws: George & Viviane Pitre of Ste Anne's Brother-in-law: Roger Pitre (Bonnie Carrier) of Ste Anne's Two step sisters-in-law: Trisha Doiron (Martin) of Tracadie-Sheila Jennifer Wafer of Moncton Several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. The body will rest after 7 p.m. Monday (March 31, 2008) at Elhatton's Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday morning (April 1, 2008) at 11:00 a.m. from Holy Family Church, St. Peter Ave, Bathurst. Burial will be in the parish cemetery in the spring. Visiting hours are Monday from 7 to 9 and Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. until time of Funeral. Donations in memory of Lorraine may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a favorite charity.
