Bathurst - Roger C. Comeau, 54 of Orser Dr., Bathurst, which occurred Wednesday (June 18, 2008), at his residence after a lengthy illness. Born in Bathurst, he was the son of Agnès (Doucet) Comeau and the late Clarence Comeau. Roger worked as an electrician at Brunswick Mines and was a member of Union Local #5385 United Steel Workers of America and a former member of the Kinsman Club in Bathurst. Besides his mother of Beresford, he is survived by: One brother: Roland (Mireille) Comeau of Dunlop, NB Two sisters : Diane (Gérard) Frenette and Murielle (Yves) Thériault both of Robertville, NB Nieces and nephews; Christine, Nathalie, Patrick, Allain, Danie and André, Two great-nephews; Maxim and Samuel. The family will receive relatives and friends after 7:00 p.m. Friday at Heritage Funeral Home (www.mfheritage.com), 270 rue Centre, Beresford. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday morning (June 21, 2008) at 11:00 a.m. from Eglise St. Nom de Jésus, Beresford. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Visiting hours are Friday from 7 to 9 and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until time of Funeral.
