Bathurst – Rodolphe "son père" Landry of Johnson Ave., Bathurst, passed away at his residence at the age of 63, on Friday (January 29, 2010). Born in Blanchard Settlement, he was the son of the late Léo and Alfredine (Haché) Landry. He worked as a teacher at l’école Domaine Étudiant of Petit Rocher for 30 years. Besides his wife, Irène (Roy) Landry, he is survived by: Two sons: René (Carole) of North Tetagouche Philippe (Edith) of Saint John, NB Proud grandfather to Maryssa, Zachary, Vincent, Mireille and Guillaume. Four sisters: Fernande Godin (Ovide) of Windsor, ON Rachel Simard (Marc) of Roberval, QC Marie-Claire Landry (Maurice Girouard) of Dieppe Danielle Ferron (Sylvain) of Lamèque Several nieces and nephews. He was pre-deceased by a sister; Denise Savoie. The body will rest after 2 p.m. Sunday at Elhatton's Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday (February 1, 2010) at 4 p.m. from Eglise Notre Dame du Rosaire, Bathurst. Visiting hours are Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 and Monday from 2 p.m. until time of Funeral.
