Robertville – Mrs. Stella Frenette, 85, wife of the late Gérald Frenette, of Robertville, passed away on Saturday (May 1, 2010) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst, after a brief illness.

 

Born in Robertville, she was the daughter of the late Wilfred and Beatrice (Godin) Lavigne.

 

She was pre-deceased by her husband, Gérald in 2006 and a son; Gilles in 1994.

 

She is survived by:

Oscar Frenette of Ottawa

Alyre Frenette (Imelda) of Beresford

Jacques Frenette (Sylvie Piche) of Quebec

Mario Frenette of Halifax, NS

Michel Frenette (Laurence Arseneault) of Moncton

Yvon Frenette of Montreal, Que.

Louis Frenette of Gatineau, Que.

Six daughters:

Thérèse Frenette of Beresford

Carmelle Frenette (Marc Haché) of Robertville

Colette Cormier (Victor) of Nigadoo

Denise Godin (Roger) of Petit-Rocher

Chantal Frenette (Serge Emond) of Nunavut

Yvette Frenette of Gatineau, Que.

13 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

 

The body will rest after 7:00 p.m. Tuesday at Heritage Funeral Home (www.mfheritage.com), Beresford.  Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday afternoon (May 5, 2010) at 4:00 p.m. from Eglise Ste Thérèse, Robertville.  Visiting hours are Tuesday from 7 to 9 and Wednesday from 2 p.m. until time of Funeral.
