The Death of Dorothy Christine Schryer, 88, occurred unexpectedly on Wednesday (August 18, 2004) at the Ottawa Civic Hospital. She was the daughter of the late George and Margaret (Kent) Schryer. She attended school in Bathurst and at Netherwood School in Rothesay. She is survived by: Two sisters: Margaret King (late Tom) of Ottawa, ON, Elizabeth Lewis (late Frank) of Bathurst; A brother: David Hugh Schryer of Warsaw, ON; Four nieces and three nephews. She was pre-deceased by a brother, Alanson Kent Schryer in 1988. The celebration of her life took place August 24, 2004, in Ottawa, at Grace Manor, 1156 Wellington St., with Major Grace Young officiating. A graveside committal service will be held in Bathurst at a date to be announced.
