It is with great sadness that the family would like to announce the death of Diane Mazerolle, 51, of Marie St., Beresford and formerly of East Bathurst, which occurred Saturday (December 4, 2004) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst, following a long and courageous battle against cancer. Born in Bathurst, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Rose Anna (Savoie) Mazerolle. She had worked, up until her illness, for C.L. Comeau in Caraquet. She is survived by: One daughter: Wendy Chamberlain of Beresford One brother: Roger Mazerolle (Lea) of Bathurst Seven sisters: Rita Pitre (Charles) and Geraldine Pitre (late Camille) both of Dunlop Nora Boudreau, Anita Boucher (Laurier), Helene Mazerolle and Linda Meunier (Michel) all of Beresford Marie Mazerolle (Louis) of Bathurst Several nieces and nephews. There will be no visitation at the Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday afternoon (December 8, 2004) at 2:00 p.m. from Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Rough Waters Dr., Bathurst. Burial will be in the parish cemetery at the spring.
