Bathurst - Livio Roy, 84, of Chaleur St., Bathurst, passed away on Sunday (January 15, 2006) at the Regional Hospital Center, Bathurst.
Born in Bathurst, he was the son of the late Onésime and Eva (Roy) Roy.
He was a carpenter and worked for 27 years for the City of Bathurst. A man with a big heart, sensitive and generous to others, he will be missed by those close to him.
Besides his wife, Connie (Fournier) Roy, he is survived by;

Three grandchildren, Julie, Mathieu, Donald, two great-grandchildren, Xavier, Pierre, several nieces and nephews.
He was pre-deceased by two sons, Donald, Maurice, one grand-daughter Renée and two sisters, Delcina and Oliva.
The body will rest after 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Elhatton's Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst. Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday afternoon (January 18, 2006) at 2:00 p.m. from Holy Rosary Church St. Peter Ave., Bathurst. Burial will be in the parish cemetery in the spring. Visiting hours are Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9, and Wednesday from noon until time of funeral.
