It is with great sadness that we, the family announce the passing of Donna Imhoff, which occurred on Saturday July 5th, 2025, at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, in the comforting presence of family and friends, following her courageous battle with cancer.

Donna was the loving mother of Kurtis Ross (Bianca Leclair-Friolet) and Mason Bryar (fur baby “Stormy”). She will be dearly missed by her 2 special grandchildren, Lukas and Janika, who affectionately call her “Mémère Donna”.

Donna is survived by her sisters, Gail Imhoff (Jean-Guy Duguay) and Nancy Wyborn (Neil White) as well as her brothers, Wayne Imhoff (Line Imhoff) and Kevin Imhoff. Donna was predeceased by her brother Gary Imhoff.

She was proud to have been blessed with her two wonderful sons, her daughter-in-law and grandchildren. She was also blessed by her spiritual friend Margaret Kenny, who helped her through her spiritual healing journey and her dearest friend Dayna Fournier, who was always there for her, ready to lend a supporting hand, at a moment’s notice.

Donna found her passion working as a special caregiver and adored her clients. Even in sickness, she always brought her warm smile with her, ready to brighten your day. Her deep sense of caring, love, and compassion for others has undoubtedly left a long-lasting effect on the lives of those who were privileged to know her.

Donna loved everyone so deeply, but she loved God the most and told us all to talk to Him. Donna’s message for those closest to her “Open your heart, and you will find me”.

Donna and family would like to thank the George Dumont Hospital and Chaleur Regional Hospital, along with all the wonderful staff who cared for her and helped her along her journey.

There will be no funeral service as per her wishes. A private celebration of life will be held at a later date. Donations in memory of Donna can be made to the Bathurst Volunteer Center.
