It is with profound sadness that we, the family, announce the passing of Jean-Eudes Leclair which occurred on Monday, October 20th, 2025 at the age of 86. He was the loving husband of Stella (Christie) Leclair with whom he shared 62 years of marriage.

Born in Allardville, he was the son of the late Auguste and Georgina (Chiasson) Leclair.

He worked for many years as a millwright at the former Brunswick Smelter in Belledune.

Besides his wife, he is survived by his children: Denis, Linda and Jean-Guy and two grandchildren: Karine and Eric.

His brothers and sisters: Onile, Meriza (Odias), Docille (Venance), Jean-Guy and Georgine, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by two brothers: Gilles (late Alice) and Armanzor.

The family would like to sincerely thank those who by their presence, thoughtful words and kind gestures, offered support and affection during this difficult time. Jean-Eudes will forever be in our thoughts and our hearts.

The family would also like to thank the personnel of the Villa Sormany for the excellent care given to Jean-Eudes during his stay.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home. A private funeral service will be held.

In memory of Jean-Eudes, a donation to Parkinson Canada or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
