It is with great sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Francine Marie Doiron, which occurred on Sunday October 22, 2025, at her home, with her loving son by her side. She was 74 years old.

Born in Bathurst, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and RoseAnna (Roy) Doiron.

Francine was a very giving and caring woman who was devoted to helping people. She worked her entire career as a Radiation Oncologist Porter in hospitals, helping to ease the pain and worry of people going through the toughest moments of their lives.

She is survived by her son, Daniel. Her sister: Therese (Gerard Losier), Marguerite, Cecile, Amande (Denis Vienneau), and Marielle (Roger). Her brothers: Louis (Claire), Gerard (Joanne), Roger (Diane), and Richard (Chantal), as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brothers, Regis, Roland and Omer; and her sister, Jacqueline.

Visitation will be held at Heritage Funeral Home on Monday November 10 from 2-4 and prayers will be held at 4 p.m.
