Mrs. Regina Thibodeau of Miramichi Ave, wife of late Alonzo Thibodeau, 87, died Monday (July 10, 2006) at Chaleur Regional Hospital, after a lengthy illness.
Born in Bathurst, she was a daughter of late Charles and Elise (Theriault) Poirier.
She was pre-deceased by her husband, Alonzo Thibodeau, in 1975.
She is survived by:
6 sons;
Gerard “Jerry” Thibodeau (Joyce),
Lionel Thibodeau (Jeannette),
Claude Thibodeau (Reno),
Charles Thibodeau,
Leonard Thibodeau (Muriel),
Ronald Thibodeau all of Bathurst.
3 daughters;
Jeannette (late Roger) Legacy of Bathurst,
Diane (Jean Guy) Gratton of Listowel, Ontario,
Jacqueline (Robert) Thibodeau of Dunlop.
3 sisters;
Alice Duguay of Bathurst,
Corinne Landry ,
Leona McGrath both of Saint John, NB
15 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by brothers; Emile, Leo, Alphonse, Romeo, Lionel, Arthur and one sister Marie Eveline.
There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
The funeral mass will be celebrated at 2:00 Thursday afternoon (July 13, 2006) from Sacred Heard Cathedral, St.Andrew St.
Burial will be in Mount Carmel cemetery, St.Mary’s Ave, Bathurst.
