Jacqueline “Jackie” Grant of Bathurst passed away at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst, on Wednesday, April 8th, 2026 the age 81.

Born in Newcastle she was the daughter of the late J. George Grant and Kathleen Farrah.

She was also predeceased by her husband, André Bouchardand brother John.

After many years in Montreal where she worked at McGill University, Jackie was delighted to be back home with her many friends.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home. A funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Polycarpe Church in Petit Rocher at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, April 14th, 2026.
