It is with great sadness that, we the family, wish to announce the passing of Jacques L. Boudreau, life partner of Nancy Fraser, that he loved so much for more than twenty years, which occurred in the presence of his loved ones at the Chaleur Regional Hospital on Tuesday, April 7th, 2026, at the age of 72. Born in Beresford, he was the son of the late Lucien and late Rita Boudreau.

Besides his partner, he is survived by his children: Sophie Comeau (Papito) of Bathurst and Marc Boudreau (Jade) of Fermont, QC; his grandchildren: Noah Hébert, Joshua Hébert, Kaysha Hébert, Joly-Ann Boudreau, Billy Boudreau, Lou Boudreau and Laurel Boudreau. He is also survived by Nancy’s children: Hans and Kevin (Catherine) and their children; his sisters: Jackie G., Lauretta B., Mireille B; his brother, Mario and several nieces and nephews. He is now resting with his brothers: Johan and Gilbert.

As per his wishes, there will be no visitation and no funeral.
