It is with great sadness, that we, the family announce the passing of Desneige Chamberlain, which occurred on Thursday April 9th, 2026, at the age of 57. Born in Bathurst, she was the daughter of the late Fred and Florence (Pitre) Chamberlain.

She is survived by her son, André Comeau, her daughter, Emily Chamberlain; and 6 grandchildren; her sisters: Evangeline, Theresa, Adeline (Lynn) (Darren Daigle), Angela (Mac Boyd) and her brother, Omer. She will also be missed by her best friend, Chadwick who has helped and supported her.

Besides her parents, she is now resting with her sisters: Leona and Evelyn.

The family will receive relatives and friends at Elhatton Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com) on Friday April 17, 2026, from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. Arrangements are in the care of Elhatton Funeral Home in Bathurst.
