Cheryl Wilson, 73, of Bathurst, passed away peacefully after a brief illness. Born in Noyan, Quebec, she was the daughter of the late Naomi Babcock and Ivan Wilson.
She leaves to mourn her daughter, Kimberly Boucher (Jacques); her grandchildren, Viviane, Jasmine (Wilfred) and Abigail (Guy); her great-grandchildren, Brody, Katherine, Damien, Noah, Xyra and Brooklyn. She is also survived by her siblings, Donald, Wyman (Gail), Stephen, Laurel (Donald), Peter, Jessica (Alex) as well as several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Cheryl was predeceased by her spouse Lorenzo; her parents; her brother Kent; and sisters-in-law Kelly and Wendy.
Cheryl had a passion for reading and cherished family gatherings. She was proud, sarcastic, funny and strong and she will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
A special thank you to Carole Frigault and Remi Ferron for their kindness, friendship and support. The family would also like to thank all the staff at the Chaleur Regional Hospital who took great care of her.
