It is with great sadness the family of Jacques Vienneau of Petit-Rocher, announce his passing on Monday, April 29, 2019 at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst, with family at his side, following a courageous battle with cancer, at the age of 67.

Born in Chatham, NB he was the son of the late Normand and Thérèse (Hachey) Vienneau.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 48 years, Valerie (Wright) Vienneau.

His daughter, Tanya Vienneau Doucet (Marc) of Beresford.

Four grandchildren whom he loved dearly: Marc Anthony, Jean Daniel, Catherine and Emily.

Three sisters: Norma Arseneau (Bob Sharpe) of Dieppe, Kathleen Pike (Milton) of Saint John and Linda Doucet (René) of Petit-Rocher Sud.

One brother, Dave (Monique Roy) of Petit-Rocher.

Daughter-in-law, Guylaine Bernard of Montreau, QC.

His mother-in-law, Geneva Newcombe of Digby, NS, several bothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, also several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by a son, Derek and three brothers in infancy.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home.  Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, May 6, 2019 at 11 am from St. Polycarpe Church in Petit-Rocher.
