It is with heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Hannah Aubie, wife of the late Walter Aubie, of Bathurst, which occurred on Sunday, April 12, 2026, at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst at the age of 80.

Born in Windsor, ON, she was the daughter of the late Martin and Albina (Cormier) Boudreau.

She is survived by her daughter, Lee Anne Jean (Denis) of Big River and a son, Richard (Isabelle Doucet) of Chamberlain Settlement.

Three grandchildren; Amy Rose, Justin and Jayden.

Four brothers; Paul Boudreau (Thérèse) of Bathurst, Billy Sutton, David Sutton and Robert Sutton all of Ontario.

One sister, Margaret Poulos of Ontario.

Sister-in-laws: Betty Ann LeBlanc (late David) and Rose Marie Hosie (late David).

Brother-in-laws: Danny Aubie (Lori), Bernie Aubie (Norma) and Leo Morais (late Irene).

Several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by a granddaughter Ashley Aubie, brothers Edward Boudreau and Peter Sutton. Sisters, Kathleen Howell and Grace Baillergeon.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 16th, 2026 from 7 – 9 p.m. at the funeral home and on Friday April 17, 2026, at the Chapel from 12h00 (noon) from where the funeral service will be held at 2 p.m.  (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst. Donations in memory of Hannah may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
