Nicholas Denys – It is with great sadness that we the family, announce the passing of Harold Imough, beloved husband of Dorothy (Daigle) Imough, formerly of Nicholas Denys, which occurred on Saturday April 11, 2026, at the Villa Sormany in Robertville, at the age of 90.

Born in Bathurst, he was the son of Wilfred and Leontine (Corriveau) Imough.

Besides his wife, he leaves behind his daughters: Deborah Ann Boudreau (Jean-Marc), Sharon DeGrace (Robert) and Mona Imough, all of Beresford, Susan Imough of Moncton and Glenda Imough of Nicholas Denys.

Two sons: Lloyd Imough (Angie Bizeau) of Riverview and Frederick Imough (Abnet Begna) of Edmonton, AB.

He also leaves behind his grandchildren: Jonathan, Patrick, Jennifer, Mathieu, Stefeny, Venessa, Johann, Zoe Belle, Mia and Airyanne.

One brother, Arnold Imough (Jeannette Duguay) of Nicholas Denys and one sister, Joan Thibodeau (Edgar) of Bellingham, MA, USA.

Several nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was pre-deceased by a great-grandson, Logan Jason Rheaume; brothers: Emmanuel “Manny”, George, Gerald, Mark and Roland.

As per his wishes, there will no visitation or funeral service. The family will hold a private farewell gathering at a later date. The family would like to extend its thanks and gratitude to the staff of the Villa Sormany in Robertville for their care and compassion demonstrated to Harold while under their care. Donations in memory of Harold can be made to a charity of the donors choice. Arrangements are in care of Elhatton's Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst.
